Laura opened CODE in February 2010, after seeing a gap in the market for a master colour expert salon. Laura prides herself on 5 star treatment to all her clients, with a massive loyal client base that return regularly. Her dedication to her staff by great training in house and at London academies, along side close mentoring has gained her an award winning team. She is a short hair pro and colour correction wizard!

Highly skilled and experienced in dealing with all types of hair, she is particularly passionate about helping clients who have experienced hair loss due to illness.

Millie is our talented blonde and balayage specialist, a true professional and hair wizard… her infectious smile and friendly, welcoming rap-pour will make you feel at ease the moment you meet.

In September 2021  Millie was crowned the winner of IT LIST  Rising Star at the Creative HEAD awards, a huge achievement at such a prestigious industry competition.

In may 2020 Millie received a commendation from the Wella Professionals xposure competition for her winning photographic look inspired by the LGBT movement.

She is our resident BLONDE pro and assistant salon manager.

Leni is our creative stylist

Queen of the colour makeover Leni, loves to transform clients wanting a big change.

She is a confident stylist who enjoys learning, impressing us recently by teaching herself various plating techniques through practice and patience.

She is a great asset to our team, becoming finalist for ”junior stylist of the year” at the Waveney Chamber of commerce business awards in November 2022,  has been a fabulous achievement so early in her career.

If you like the idea of being a colour chameleon, she is your girl.

Scarlett is our creative stylist, fully qualified in 2025.

She is a polite, hardworking team member; who excels at long hair and scalp bleaching.

Scarlett heads up our TEEN SATURDAY campaign, resulting in her becoming popular with our younger clientele.

If you have a night out planned and you require a glam updo or a big bouncy blow out, she’s the girl.

Hope is our newest recruit and training stylist, a highly valued member of our team, hard working and keen to learn!

She gives the most amazing hair wash and head massage, regularly receiving 5 star feedback.

Hope is well on her way to becoming a qualified stylist.
